His unique experience gives him a keen understanding of how to align motivations for all stakeholders to deliver legendary developments.

With over 22 years in the new home building industry, Gabrielle has built expertise across every stage of the process, from estimating and interior selections to sales, construction, and marketing. As VP of Marketing & Communications, she combines this well-rounded experience with a passion for storytelling and brand development, bringing both technical knowledge and creative insight to her role.

With 29 years of experience in the design and drafting industry, Silvia Fontana brings a wealth of knowledge and a passion for creating exceptional homes. A SAIT graduate who has continued her education with additional courses, she has worn many hats working with award-winning home builders and land advisory teams, developing strong relationships across the industry. Her work spans projects across North America, including an invitation to participate in HGTV’s Property Brothers: Forever Home. Outside of work, Silvia is a proud mom of two daughters and loves spending her free time being spontaneous and making memories with family and friends.

With over a decade of experience in residential architecture, Judy brings a thoughtful, detail-driven approach to every project. Passionate about turning great design into practical, buildable spaces, she works closely with clients and project teams to ensure each home is as functional as it is beautiful. Known for being collaborative, reliable, and solutions-focused, Judy is committed to making the design and construction process as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Outside of work Judy enjoys finding new dining experiences, spending time with her loved ones and doom scrolling on Pinterest.
